How do I get a quote and book?

Accepted Answer

Booking with Kavan is simple: Select your dates, pickup location, and drop-off location. Choose the vehicle you prefer. Add any extra gear you’d like to include. Enter your personal information. To book, you must be at least 25 years old and have a valid driver's license and ID. Pay a 30% deposit to confirm your reservation. The remaining 70% is paid when you arrive at our office. Book now

What is the security deposit?

A temporary hold is placed on your credit card upon arrival at our office as a security deposit for the vehicle and equipment.

If everything is in order at the end of your rental, we request the release of the hold. Depending on your bank, it may take 4–10 business days for the funds to become available again.

Question 6

Where are you located, and where do I pick up the vehicle?

Our main office is located just 5 minutes from Los Cabos International Airport (SJD) in San José del Cabo. Vehicle pickup and drop-off take place at this location.

We offer a complimentary shuttle service between the airport and our office, subject to availability. This service operates daily, from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

To request this service, please contact us via WhatsApp at least 72 hours before your rental begins, providing your reservation number, flight details, and number of passengers.

If you're heading to another destination after your rental, Uber is available near our office.

How many people fit in the vehicle?

Our rooftop tents accommodate 2 adults. If you're traveling with a larger group, you can add ground tents for additional passengers.
